This is a pure new-business opportunity, owning the full sales cycle and partnering with enterprise-level clients across a diverse range of industries. You'll be joining a top-performing team that's closing off the year with serious momentum and is laser-focused on making 2026 their strongest year yet. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada. Responsibilities Identify & prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise space Conduct product demonstrations & presentations with prospective clients Engage in a consultative selling approach, understanding & addressing the clients' business challenges, individual needs, and providing tailored solutions Manage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generation Manage contraction negotiations & deal closure processes collaborate with internal teams to drive success and reach customer goals Collate & provide customer feedback when needed Provide regular reporting & insights to sales leadership team The Successful Candidate 5+ years enterprise-level SaaS sales experience Strong HRTech background / selling software into HR teams New business experience is essential Based in the USA / Canada Enterprise Account Executive Package Basic salary: $170,000-180,000 (USD) OTE: x2 Health benefits Flexible annual leave allowance Pension / retirement matching Access to EAP Continuous opportunities for professional development & growth
