- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management

- Conduct investigations and manage conflict resolution
- Collaborate on talent management strategies across teams
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner/Senior Consultant
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proven strategic thinking in HR practices
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
