What you'll do
- Process orders and respond to partner enquiries
- Resolve issues quickly with care and professionalism
- Advise partners on products and promotions
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of customer service or call-centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with order systems and multitasking
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
