- Deliver exemplary service per Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards
- Audit daily revenue and complete management reports
- Facilitate guest check-in and handle inquiries
- Process financial transactions and ensure cash accuracy
- Foster teamwork through effective communication with staff
- High School diploma or Hospitality Degree required
- Hotel experience preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages advantageous
- Strong organizational skills necessary
- Valid driver's license required
