SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI :
Assurer la coordination et le soutien administratif pour divers services ou programmes; surveiller les employés du bureau et s’assurer que les modalités du bureau sont maintenues.
EXIGENCES :

Diplôme d’études secondaires plus un programme supplémentaire de gestion de bureau d’une durée de plus d’un an et jusqu’à deux ans ou l’équivalent. 
Deux ans d’expérience antérieure directement reliée aux responsabilités du poste;
Doit avoir démontré la capacité de supervision; 
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office;
Capacité de rédiger ou de réviser une gamme variée de documents en français;
Connaissance des autres logiciels couramment utilisés au sein du réseau;
Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;

Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
