Join Stripe remotely as a Program Manager for the Extensibility platform. Drive strategic initiatives and manage critical cross-team collaborations to enhance the developer experience. As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the Extensibility program, which encompasses Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows. This role requires a blend of product management and technical expertise, enabling you to influence product direction and ensure successful launch outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering and product teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead decision-making across Scripts, Custom Objects, and related platforms
- Manage the timeline and scope for key product launches
- Advocate for alignment in product and engineering roadmaps
- Coordinate with ProServ to meet customer requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical programs
- Ability to understand and advocate for enterprise customer needs
- Skilled in resolving conflicts and building consensus
- Strong communication skills with different audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
