- Develop and uphold the integrated Program Master Schedule
- Oversee the establishment and governance of baseline schedules
- Work alongside contractors to validate project methodologies
- Analyze performance against project goals and milestones
- Create reports that correlate insights for decision-making
- Deep expertise in complex project planning
- Experienced in integrated controls, including schedule oversight
- Proficient in analyzing risks and forecasting project outcomes
- Skilled in reporting and communicating project status
- Experience with schedule evaluations and reconciliation requests
