Drive excellence in configuration management as a Senior Coordinator at MDA Space. This role focuses on strategy development in software and hardware design and integration. As the Senior Configuration Management Coordinator at MDA Space, you will be pivotal in defining and executing configuration management principles within the CADM team. You will work collaboratively with engineers and subject matter experts to develop effective strategies while authoring comprehensive CM plans for various projects. Your expertise will ensure the establishment of configuration baselines and the maintenance of documentation across hardware and software deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive configuration management strategies with engineering teams
- Author detailed CM plans aligned with project requirements
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines across systems
- Conduct audits on configuration items and deliverables
- Provide quality assurance support for the CM function
- Diploma or certificate in applied science or engineering
- Minimum 5 years in software or hardware engineering
- Familiarity with CM tools like GIT, JIRA, and AGILE
- Knowledge of CM standards (ISO 10007, MIL-STD-973)
- Security clearance at SECRET status required
