Become a Canadian Immigration Law Clerk at Vialto Partners, where you will assist clients in navigating their immigration needs in a dynamic hybrid environment. This full-time role emphasizes client-focused service and strong organizational skills.
In this position, you will work closely with legal professionals to prepare a range of immigration applications and documentation. Ideal applicants will have experience with Canadian immigration processes and a desire to build trusted client relationships. Your work will directly support the operational success of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare Canadian business immigration applications
- Review and follow up on client documentation
- Provide professional inquiries responses to clients
- Use technology platforms for case tracking and reporting
- Assist in knowledge sharing and training junior team members
Requirements:
- Experience in a corporate immigration law setting
- Legal qualifications or relevant educational background
- Exceptional organizational and client service skills
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions
- Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset
