Buildforth by Paradigm is seeking a Site Foreman to oversee skilled teams in constructing high-quality homes and community projects. Your role will encompass effective crew leadership, installation management of prefabricated systems, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily crew activities and safety enforcement
- Oversee installation processes for structural components
- Interpret and implement project plans and specifications
- Verify accurate installation and connections of panels
- Engage in hands-on carpentry to meet project demands
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction supervisory experience
- Strong background in carpentry and framing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Preferred background in prefabricated or modular construction
- Willingness to travel and handle extended work hours
