- Lead plant operations from raw material intake to shipping
- Coach and develop approximately 20 team members
- Integrate continuous improvement tools into operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
- 5–8+ years of experience in a manufacturing management role
- A hands-on approach to leadership and troubleshooting
- Possession of relevant post-secondary education preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain
- Proven ability to drive cultural change in a production setting
