At Intact, we are expanding our Talent Management team, seeking a versatile Senior HR Analyst. You'll leverage data consolidation, reporting, and change management to support performance initiatives. Collaborate across functions to transform complex talent data into actionable insights that drive decisions for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and timelines for HR initiatives
- Consolidate data to support talent strategy decisions
- Analyze performance data for succession planning
- Design dashboards for key performance indicators
- Present executive-ready insights to leadership
- Minimum 5 to 7 years in HR analytics or similar role
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
- Strong project management background
- Knowledge in talent management is a plus
- University degree or equivalent experience
