Key Responsibilities
• Set first-line assurance strategy for Capital Markets
• Develop and govern operational models for non-financial risk
• Coordinate assurance efforts with second and third-line functions
• Address accountability gaps in business control and governance
• Lead quality assurance frameworks and evaluate control effectiveness
Requirements:
• 10+ years in financial services, especially Capital Markets
• Proven leadership in assurance, testing, or audit programs
• Deep familiarity with non-financial risk management
• Strong executive communication and analytical skills
