Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients’ physiological and psychological needs
• Engage patients in their own health care processes
• Contribute to individualized care plans with the team
• Record observations and ensure compliance with policies
• Assist with the orientation of new team members
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of medications and care standards
