Your expertise will drive home financing solutions and expand BMO’s market share through strategic partnerships and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships within a referral network
- Identify sales opportunities and refer clients as needed
- Implement targeted marketing programs for mortgage products
- Advocate for customers during application processes
- Enhance visibility through community events and trade shows
- 3-5 years in relevant experience and a post-secondary degree
- Deep understanding of mortgage lending processes
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of personal banking and the real estate market
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
