As an Account Representative, you will grow Payzant’s professional customer base and support customer success. The work combines relationship building, accurate estimates, product recommendations, and sales coordination. You will help customers address project timelines, budgets, and material needs while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing professional customers
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and cost analyses
- Recommend products and solutions for customer projects
- Coordinate orders, availability, and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proactive approach with reliable follow-through
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and customer service focus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Sales, account management, or building materials experience
