Financial Analyst and Application Support

A growing company is looking for a Business Analyst focused on Anaplan to join its Enterprise Applications team and help drive the platform’s continued rollout. This position suits someone who likes tackling tough challenges, working closely with partners across the organization, and contributing to a forward-looking planning and analytics environment.
You’ll be involved in a long-term Anaplan program that includes model development, integrations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization. Your work will support stronger analytics, better planning practices, and faster access to meaningful insights.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams on the multi‑year roadmap for the platform.
Build new modules and phases.
Establish and refine integrations.
Manage enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.
Meet with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational requirements.
Support design and redesign activities through clarification and documentation of requirements, processes, rules, and system impacts.
Analyze opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize enterprise applications.
Assist with business cases, ROIs, and project documentation.
Support implementation and sustainment activities.
Create and execute test cases and support user acceptance testing.
Help users resolve day‑to‑day issues.

Experience and Qualifications
At least 2 years as a Business Analyst; finance, accounting, or real estate experience is an asset.
Experience with CPM/EPM systems is required.
Experience with Anaplan is preferred, though comparable system experience will be considered.
Background in analysis, troubleshooting, and supporting Anaplan applications.
Relevant certifications are an asset.
Experience in complex global businesses.
Proficiency with ERPs, CPMs, BI tools, analytical tools, and MS Office.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time, work under pressure, and handle multiple priorities.
