Enhance customer experience as a Junior Service Advisor at VinFast Canada in Oakville, Ontario. This role centers on customer service excellence and efficient communication throughout vehicle service processes. You will be responsible for liaising with customers, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring all client interactions uphold VinFast's reputation for quality. Your expertise will also support parts management and improve service productivity, promoting a seamless workflow within the service center. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
- Organize service appointments and complete vehicle inspections
- Log service-related data into the Dealer Management System
- Communicate timely updates regarding service status
- Collaborate with the service team for operational efficiency
- Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor, EV experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Physical ability to fulfill lifting and standing requirements
