This position blends leadership with technical expertise in a manufacturing setting. The Senior Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including the supervision of technicians and the execution of capital projects. You will be the driving force behind a preventive maintenance culture while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and enhancing production outcomes. Your background in manufacturing engineering and leadership will be critical in achieving operational goals and reducing downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize maintenance tasks to maximize equipment availability
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise and direct maintenance staff and contractors
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Interface with cross-functional teams to improve operations
- Red Seal/Journeyman Millwright or Electrician certification
- 5–7 years in a related maintenance supervisory role
- Experience with ERP and CMMS systems
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
- Strong analytical skills for equipment performance analysis
