Elevate early childhood education with Wildwood Child Care Centre as a full-time Program Supervisor. This role emphasizes leadership in pedagogy and hands-on supervision for children. Join the team at Wildwood Child Care Centre in North Vancouver, BC, where you will lead a nature-based and play-based curriculum as the Early Childhood Program Supervisor. With over two years of experience in a licensed setting and your ECE certification, you'll guide educators and ensure compliance with the BC Early Learning Framework. This being a permanent, full-time role involves both direct interactions with children and overseeing program quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead play-based program planning and delivery
- Provide responsive supervision of children
- Mentor and guide ECEs and assistants
- Build relationships with families through engagement
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations
- Minimum 2 years as an Early Childhood Educator
- ECE certification recognized by BC
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized and reliable approach to tasks
