Additionally, your ability to handle workplace investigations and present HR analytics will greatly contribute to the organization's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct recruitment strategies and workforce planning
- Lead employee onboarding and development initiatives
- Supervise payroll processing for compliance and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and conduct investigations
- Develop and present HR reports using analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or similar
- Minimum of 8 years HR experience with management duties
- Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP
- Strong understanding of employment legislation
- Bilingual in English and Korean a plus
