This senior UX Designer supports Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases under the Ontario Digital Service Design playbook. You will facilitate user research, create clickable prototypes, validate user stories, and conduct accessibility compliance testing. The work follows user-centred design and Agile Scrum methodologies across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate kickoff meetings and user research activitiesCreate interview maps, scripts, synthesis, and findings reportsProduce and iterate clickable prototypes through usability testingCreate and validate user stories for developersMonitor analytics, usability, and accessibility in LiveRequirements:
Extensive UX design best-practice experienceDeep understanding of mobile-first and responsive designThree-plus years supporting complex products and projectsExperience with user research and usability testingExpertise with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or comparable UX softwareApply your responsive design, research, prototyping, and Scrum experience across the complete service design lifecycle.
