Facilitate kickoff meetings and user research activities Create interview maps, scripts, synthesis, and findings reports Produce and iterate clickable prototypes through usability testing Create and validate user stories for developers Monitor analytics, usability, and accessibility in Live Requirements:
Extensive UX design best-practice experience Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design Three-plus years supporting complex products and projects Experience with user research and usability testing Expertise with Figma, Sketch, InVision, or comparable UX software Apply your responsive design, research, prototyping, and Scrum experience across the complete service design lifecycle.
