Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries Manage customer orders from placement to shipment Support Loblaw store service levels in Ontario and Quebec Collaborate with sales teams for customer acquisition Identify customer concerns and communicate improvement opportunities
Requirements:
