Be a key driver of learning and program quality as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with CODE, enjoying a flexible remote work environment. You will report to the Director of Programs and Partnerships while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This position requires someone with a proven background in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, eager to contribute to international development. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation systems for projects
- Create and implement insightful M&E tools
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training sessions
- Support collaborative program and partnership initiatives
- Produce effective communication materials for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; Master’s is an asset
- 5+ years in M&E in an international context
- Strong knowledge of logic models and performance metrics
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
