The Sales Account Executive/Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling and expanding market share of various security systems offered NVS, primarily CCTV, Access Control from Axis, Milestone, RBH and Others. You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue goals, developing, and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company's current customer base, and developing and maintaining professional selling skills. Your business development skills combined with your technical knowledge of the market and contacts within the industry will lead to success.
Sales forecasting and planning
Ensure annual sales quota's are met and exceeded
Understand and act upon cross-selling opportunities and present applicable NVS's solutions and services of our full product portfolio
Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services continuously.
A proven track record of generating new sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets.
~ Previous experience in the Security industry with a solid working knowledge of various security solutions 
~ Proficiency in CRM software for managing client relationships
~ A strong network in the commercial properties and industrial verticals
~ Strategic thinking and planning throughout the sales process
~ Self-driven with ability to perform with little direction or oversight
~ Outside sales, inside sales, BDM, B2B, or door-knocking experience a PLUS
