As an Assistant Business Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the Business Manager to drive commercial success, lead the team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Acting as a role model in-store, you will combine strong sales performance with coaching, operational excellence, and a passion for the ELEMIS brand. Support business performance Partner with the Business Manager to drive sales, treatments, and overall store performance Support the delivery of KPIs including sales targets, ATV, and client retention Analyse performance trends and contribute ideas to maximise opportunities for growth Lead by example through strong personal sales and client engagement Carry out regular in-store coaching to elevate selling skills and product knowledge Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Step up to lead the team in the Business Manager's absence Support the execution of in-store events and brand activations Drive store and operational excellence Maintain exceptional standards of merchandising, hygiene, and presentation Support stock management, stock takes, and accurate product handling Assist in rota planning and day-to-day operational organisation Encourage mindful practices that reduce waste and environmental impact A strong seller with a passion for delivering results Commercially aware with an understanding of KPIs and performance drivers Skilled at building meaningful client relationships Enhanced parental leave policies ~ Income Protection and Life Assurance ~27 days holiday plus your birthday off ~ Company pension scheme ~ Employee Assistance Programme ~ Structured training in product knowledge, consultation skills, and leadership development ~ Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion are central to our People Strategy.
