Drive operational excellence in Games logistics and Village Management as a key player. Apply project management expertise to enhance athlete experiences and ensure efficient delivery of services. This position entails overseeing the planning and execution of Village Management services and coordinating cargo logistics for multi-sport Games. You will cultivate relationships with external suppliers, manage project plans, and advocate for accessibility and performance. Focusing on operational efficiency, you’ll support budget management while ensuring the positive delivery of Games operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply project management methodologies to coordinate delivery services
- Lead Village Management and operational logistics planning
- Oversee cargo movement, tracking, and storage for supplies
- Advocate for athlete experience and operational efficiency
- Maintain communication with suppliers and Games Partners
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in relevant field
- Project Management certification considered an asset
- Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
