Program Manager

The Program Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and Deputy Director.
Community Outreach:
-To approach community (reserve and urban areas) organizations, band councils, justice committees, etc...to collaborate on training and aftercare support related to reintegrating offenders;
- To coordinate staff visits to communities in Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes, Nunavik and Nunavut to develop strategies for reintegration of community members;
Community Worker Training:
-To coordinate community worker training sessions in conjunction with our Elders and helpers;
-To ensure appropriate resources are available for the training;
To assist in organizing an annual gathering for Elders, parole officers, community workers, etc... at a location outside Waseskun;
Must have good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
