Elevate your career as a Sales Advisor with Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their vehicle purchasing journey. As a Sales Advisor, you will engage customers from their initial inquiry until they drive away in their new Subaru. While automotive sales experience is beneficial, we welcome applicants with outstanding communication and customer service skills eager to learn. You’ll manage inquiries, provide vehicle demonstrations, and explain financing options to ensure a seamless buying experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, online, and in person
- Recommend vehicles based on customer needs
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Explain features, pricing, and financing
- Collaborate with management to finalize deals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible for VSA licence
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and tech-savvy for CRM usage
