This position will provide administrative support to Life Insurance Advisors, requiring excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to help service a very active book of business. The successful candidate must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of working with a high

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry. Candidates without direct product experience must demonstrate exceptional soft skills, including friendliness, professionalism, and polished verbal and written communication, along with strong linguistic and digital capabilities. Strong eagerness to learn, adaptability, and motivation to grow and build a long-term career with Masters. Genuine interest in helping improve and modernize the servicing platform. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with proven attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Life License (LLQP), or willingness to obtain within one year of continuous employment.
