Join Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group as a Manager of Constraints Governance & Process Engineering. Lead critical initiatives in building scalable governance frameworks and enhancing investment processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.
In this position, you'll focus on operationalizing the Constraints Governance Framework while improving workflows and controls for investment restrictions. You'll leverage your 5+ years of experience in asset management, understanding investment operations and compliance technology. Collaborate closely with Portfolio Compliance, Front Office, and Legal teams to turn investment constraints into actionable processes.
Develop and operationalize Constraints Governance Framework
• Coordinate testing and change management for new systems
• Design reporting solutions with Power BI for KPI visibility 5+ years in asset management or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of process design and governance practices
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills Help shape investment governance at CC&L FG while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. #
