Join a Growing Industry Leader Frontline Machinery is a family-owned heavy equipment dealership specializing in the sales and rental of high-performance machinery for aggregate crushing and screening, wood grinding, waste shredding, and volumetric measuring technology. Serving customers across BC, Ontario, Yukon, and NWT, we are rapidly expanding into new markets and seeking a driven Capital Equipment Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate our growth.

As the Capital Equipment Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy. Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives. Conduct market analysis, identify target customers, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and quarterly evaluations to drive success.
Set & Achieve Sales Goals: Establish clear, measurable sales targets for individuals and the team, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement to maximize results.
Manage the Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead qualification and ensure seamless progression through the sales cycle.
Sales Reporting: Present regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
Manage sales budgets effectively, control expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.

Proven experience leading, managing, and holding a sales team accountable.
Strong industrial B2B sales background —preferably in aggregate, mining, or heavy equipment (willing to train the right candidate).
Expertise in consultative selling and value-based sales approaches .
High emotional intelligence , fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle , from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
