Develop your analytical skills at HOOPP as a Real Estate Portfolio Analytics Intern. Engage in real-world data analysis and reporting with a flexible work model. Join our Real Estate Portfolio Management group for an 8- or 12-month co-op placement where you will provide analytical support to our investment management team. Utilizing tools such as Argus Taliance and Tableau, you'll contribute significantly to our data-driven initiatives while fostering a collaborative work environment. This internship revolves around improving processes and generating critical business insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production of Real Estate Forecasts
- Validate and model investment ownership structures
- Enhance Taliance import models and templates
- Maintain and produce BI reporting dashboards
- Provide analytical assistance for various projects
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
- Background in relevant fields such as engineering or mathematics
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with analytical tools
- Ability to analyze data and extract trends
- Effective communicator with teamwork experience
