Key Responsibilities

¢ Perform routine monitoring and preventative maintenance â€
¢ Communicate outages and issues across various platforms â€
¢ Troubleshoot resort systems and manage Microsoft 365 â€
¢ Track tickets and escalate to external support as needed â€
¢ Maintain records of IT assets and internal procedures

Requirements:

¢ Education in computer science or related field â€
¢ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and POS systems â€
¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively â€
¢ Understanding of networking concepts â€
