Join CPP Investments as an Analyst in our Early Investor Program, a full-time opportunity designed for exceptional new graduates to launch their career at a leading global investment organization. You will be placed directly into one team within Credit Investments or Real Assets, where you will contribute to meaningful work from the start. From day one, you will combine the depth of being embedded in an investment team with a structured development experience designed specifically for early-career investors. Your development will extend beyond your day-to-day role – and it doesn’t stop after initial training. You’ll begin with CPP Investments’ LAUNCH onboarding and Wall Street Prep training, building a solid foundation in investment concepts, technical skills, and analytical frameworks. Throughout the multi-week program, you’ll continue to develop through curated learning experiences, mentorship and coaching from experienced investors, exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to learn alongside your peers. While anchored in one team, your experience will extend across CPP Investments’ interconnected investment platform. Program-wide learning, networking and cross functional exposure will introduce you to diverse investment perspectives and help you understand how capital is deployed across global markets. You will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in your asset class while building the broader perspective and network of a global investor. The Team Participating Teams Each investment department offers a distinct path to expertise, career growth, and impact. You will join one team, gain deep asset-class knowledge, and work on high-impact projects with early responsibility and exceptional mentorship. Credit Investments (CI) Department Americas Structured Credit; Invests across asset-backed and specialty finance opportunities, delivering tailored capital solutions across debt, hybrid and equity investments. Analysts gain exposure to a diverse range of asset classes while evaluating new opportunities and supporting underwriting, due diligence and portfolio management. Credit Strategy: Manages investments across global public and private credit markets, with a focus on single-name fundamental credit, relative value analysis and portfolio construction for the global Credit Investments platform. The team analyzes individual companies and securities, monitors existing investments, and compares risk and return opportunities across markets to identify where capital can be most effectively deployed. These insights inform portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management across Credit Investments. Analysts gain broad exposure to company and industry analysis, credit markets, investment monitoring and relative value, while developing an understanding of how individual investment decisions fit within a broader portfolio. Public Credit; Invests globally across public credit markets, with a strong focus on fundamental company and industry research, single-name credit analysis, and relative value. The team invests across liquid credit products and capital structures, combining investment judgement with data and technology to generate insights, monitor credits, and identify opportunities across global markets. Real Assets (RA) Department Sustainable Energies; Analysts support transactions, underwriting and portfolio management across a diverse set of assets and investment structures, gaining hands-on exposure to how capital is deployed across the evolving energy sector.

Performing due diligence or asset management of funds, assets, and companies, evaluating financial performance, market dynamics, competitive positioning, management quality, and expected merits and risks.
Building financial
