Drive production efficiency and safety as a Senior Operations Supervisor. Manage compliance training programs and lead chemical processing operations while ensuring adherence to regulations. You will play a key role in overseeing the operation and maintenance of chemical processing equipment. This includes developing training programs for personnel, enforcing safety protocols, and staying compliant with TSSA and OHSA regulations. By analyzing process performance data, you can implement changes that enhance operations, while facilitating inspections and audits to uphold standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain chemical processing operations
- Ensure compliance with TSSA and OHSA regulations
- Analyze and implement performance optimizations
- Oversee training and certification processes
- Prepare documentation for compliance maintenance
- Valid 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate
- 5–7 years in power plant operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of relevant standards
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
