With more than a decade in the industry and solid experience managing crews, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and quality standards while coordinating project efforts effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction phases and manage project timelines
- Supervise and support field personnel and subcontractors
- Enforce and promote safety standards vigorously
- Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings
- Track project progress and performance metrics
- Minimum 10 years in construction, particularly industrial or civil
- 5+ years in a General Superintendent role
- Demonstrated financial acumen for budgeting
- Strong computer skills with construction software
- Must possess Leadership for Safety Excellence certification
