- Maintain safety and well-being of residents
- Facilitate supportive engagement with women
- Model constructive behaviors and activities
- Supervise community and house activities
- Carry out basic household chores as required
- Relevant post-secondary education or comparable experience
- Familiarity with women-centered approaches
- Strong communication and crisis prevention skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights
- Current criminal record check is mandatory
