This role blends operational precision with hospitality-driven thinking, ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, design, and creating spaces that feel as good as they function. Reporting to the Construction Project Manager, you'll help execute capital investment projects across North America. You'll coordinate timelines, manage procurement, and oversee facilities to ensure our restaurant locations are built and maintained to the highest standards. Working closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, you'll be a key player in bringing our spaces to life. Coordinate procurement, vendor logistics, and FF&E deliveries to support timely, cost-effective installations Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoicing while maintaining clear communication across contractors, consultants, and internal teams Support project execution through site investigations, due diligence, and collaboration with landlords and trades Collaborate with restaurant operators to resolve facility issues and provide on-site support as needed across North America. Lead maintenance and repair coordination, develop preventive maintenance programs, and track related activities and expenses. Oversee small-scale construction and renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. What You've Done: Worked on construction projects and picked up practical knowledge of materials, contracts, and budgeting along the way Used tools like Excel, Bluebeam, and Adobe Pro (AutoCAD is a bonus) Worked with restaurant equipment, including kitchen, bar, HVAC, and refrigeration systems Built familiarity with FF&E care in a restaurant setting Completed post-secondary studies in facilities or construction (or picked up equivalent experience along the way) Are eligible and excited to travel across Canada and the U.S. when needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
