A career as an Advisor Governance and Subsidiary Affairs in the Governance and Investments team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in corporate governance and corporate law. Your job Oversee governance and corporate secretariat duties for certain subsidiaries, including maintaining minute books and coordinating board and committee meetings. Define and implement governance mechanisms tailored to the structure of each subsidiary. Lead the entity management system and structure transactional or internal reorganization projects. Coordinate legal matters related to subsidiaries, investments, and international offices. Provide strategic legal advice on subsidiary activities and operations. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in governance and corporate law. Your team Within the Legal Affairs sector, you'll be part of a large team of colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Governance and Investments.
