We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Sous Chef to help lead the culinary team at for our client, a highly reputable luxury hotel. The property has three+ restaurants, grab & go service, outdoor dining, and banquet operations. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to move up into a Executive Chef role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar kitchen leadership role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Experience in luxury hotels and large resorts.
  • Expertise in banquet operations and familiarity with unionized environments.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
