Become a Full-Time Developmental Specialist with arc programs, dedicated to supporting families with children facing developmental delays. You'll utilize a caregiver-driven approach to optimize child development while educating families about developmental needs. Your expertise will help navigate challenges by providing resources and monitoring interventions for positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program services with Practice Lead and management
- Conduct assessments and create intervention plans
- Provide home-based and virtual services for children
- Support families with developmental monitoring strategies
- Collaborate with community partners for goal-focused interventions
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Services
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of child development and neurodiversity
- BC Driver's License and regional insurance required
- Criminal record screening for shortlisted candidates
