Take charge of data pipelines as a Senior Data Engineer with Flagler Health. This hands-on remote role focuses on building reliable ingestion workflows, transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. At Flagler Health, you will play a key role in enhancing musculoskeletal care through data management. You’ll leverage your five-plus years of experience to create and maintain data pipelines from diverse EHR systems into Databricks. Expect to onboard new clinics, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate closely with the backend team using TypeScript. Key Responsibilities:
- Build ingest pipelines from EHR systems into Databricks
- Onboard new clinics by understanding export formats
- Maintain change-data-capture for analytics consistency
- Create de-identified data exports for research partners
- Monitor data quality and trigger alerts for issues
- 5+ years of experience in production data pipelines
- Proficient in SQL and Python for production use
- Familiar with Spark, Delta Lake, and MongoDB
- Experience with event-stream processing and change-data-capture
- Ability to write TypeScript for orchestration
