Limestone Clinic is hiring a couples therapist to work within our supportive psychotherapy team in Kingston. Candidates should have skills in relationship therapy and communication. We seek a clinician who is strong in addressing adult couples' challenges such as relational conflict, emotional disconnection, and betrayal recovery. The role emphasizes independent work while providing ethical and structured therapeutic guidance in a group practice. Clinicians will engage with clients through thoughtful and complex solution-oriented strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ethical couples therapy focused on relational improvement
- Navigate communication challenges and conflict resolution
- Work independently within a collaborative practice environment
- Implement structured therapy sessions to foster emotional connection
- Assess and manage complex dynamics in couple relationships
- Expertise in couples therapy and relational issues
- Ability to work autonomously in a clinical environment
- Strong ethical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Completion of the Independent Practice Readiness Assessment
