Drive impactful sales support and engage with educators to showcase innovative learning solutions. 3P Learning is searching for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to enhance our Sales team. This role emphasizes both proactive outreach and management of inquiries, focusing on top-of-funnel lead generation. Ideal candidates will have prior Sales Support or Sales Development experience, particularly in the software and K-12 education sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the new business sales team with inquiries
- Manage and prioritize inbound and outbound outreach
- Drive top-of-funnel leads for sales engagement
- Update and maintain CRM data in Salesforce
- Communicate effectively with educators and clients
- 1+ year of sales development or support experience
- Experience in EdTech or K-12 education preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Gong
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
