French Overview Postulez aujourd’hui An exciting opportunity is available to join ADP as a Know Your Client (KYC) Assistant, playing an integral part in facilitating the KYC checks for our Canadian Money Movement payment service solution. Ce poste vous donne l’occasion de communiquer avec des intervenants internes et des clients potentiels. Responsibilities Onboard clients: create exceptional onboarding experiences, ensuring documentation meets standards, answering questions, and collaborating with internal groups to address any gaps. Partner internally: interact with ADP associates in Financial Crime Risk Management and other client‑facing groups, ensuring prospective client details are accurate and timely, and acting as a partner to address missing information. Multi‑task & communicate: handle multiple time‑sensitive onboarding tasks and queries and share essential information with clients and internal teams. Maintain a daily schedule and organize to manage a high volume of tasks, queries, and calls related to KYC checks. Qualifications Experience in client onboarding and periodic reviews. Articulate with attention to detail. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
