Epic Certified Willow Analyst, Remote - 3-Month Contract - 18688 Join to apply for the Epic Certified Willow Analyst, Remote - 3-Month Contract - 18688 role at LRO Staffing. We are partnered with one of Canada’s reputable health institutions seeking an Epic Certified Willow Analyst to join their team immediately on an initial 3‑4‑month contract with extension possibility. This role requires an active Epic Willow Certification, expertise with order sets and medication build, and a strong background in Epic Implementations. Ideally, applicants will also be Certified Pharmacists. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting (100% remote, full‑time or part‑time). About You Minimum 6 years of experience working with clinical systems, including prior Epic Implementation experience Must have an Epic Willow Certification (Orders Certification is a bonus) Certified Pharmacist with strong experience in order set translation, medication orderable build, and validation Responsible for building and maintaining the Epic Willows module Experience conducting workflow analysis with stakeholders to optimize processes and identify gaps Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to shift between multiple complex ongoing projects Strong experience with requirement gathering, change management, and stakeholder management Able to start ASAP (full time or part time) About the Job 100% remote, full‑time (preferred) or part‑time (20+ hours per week), immediate start.
