Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers, and clientsProvide exceptional and prompt service to clientsAble to work well with a producer to help service their portfolio and aid in submitting/marketing new businessOversee and maintain a book of businessAnalyze client coverage, exposures, and loss experience, to determine risk requirementsProcess new business, renewals, and day to day client inquiriesBuild personalized client relationships through proactive communicationPrepare documentation, which includes submissions, proposals, comparison spreadsheets, binders, and endorsementsEnsure accurate processing of policy documentationResponsible for maintenance of account receivablesKnowledge, Skills & Qualifications:RIBO license3+ years commercial experiencePassion for interacting with clientsTechnical knowledge of a variety of commercial productsExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPolicy Works experience is preferred but not requiredSigXP experience is preferred but not requiredTeam playerWork Schedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayJob type: Full-timeWe offer the following:Acumen offers a welcoming and rewarding environment for employees and clients.
