If you live and breathe social media trends, have an eye for capturing the moment, and can translate ideas into scroll-stopping content, this role is for you.Role DescriptionFull-time position, in the office, with flexibility for evening and weekend eventsCollaborate with the Social Media Manager to build and manage content calendarsCapture engaging, real-time content at client events (photo, video, Instagram stories, live posting, behind-the-scenes moments)Pitch and produce creative, outside-the-box content ideas that connect with audiencesStay on the pulse of cultural moments, trends, and viral opportunities — and bring proactive suggestions for how we can jump inAssist with scheduling and publishing approved content across platformsProvide proactive, strategic solutions to meet client and team needsMaintain a solution-oriented, professional attitude with internal teams and clientsComfortable working on multiple projects simultaneouslyReceive feedback regularly from the account and creative teams, and are required to acknowledge the feedback and make adjustments accordinglySeamlessly adapt to AM/FM’s internal processes and provide insights into any possible efficiencies we could revise to make them strongerDemonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all facets of the job, from proofreading to partnering with the account team to ensure every detail is considered, double-checked, triple-checked and approved internally before releasing workQualifications:A love and passion for social media trends, memes, and storytellingPhotography, videography, and editing skills (TikTok, Reels, CapCut, Canva, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think creatively while staying organized and detail-orientedStrong multitasking skills and comfort working in dynamic environments (like live events)Eagerness to learn, grow, and experiment in the fast-paced world of social mediaAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentFlexibility for evolving responsibilities and last-minute changesPositive attitude and openness to new opportunities and challengesValid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicleVacation days starting at 12 per yearFour AM/FM extra-long weekends per year, and an additional two weeks of PTO at ChristmasEducation fundTeam building activities and many happy hours on our rooftop patioHow to ApplyThink you’ve got the creativity and scroll-stopping skills we’re looking for?
